Applebee's Grill - Colorado Springs

I go and sit at the bar to type my book and these awesome worker’s let me! I personally leave 15min early because it’s RESPECTFUL and to let them go home to their families at a reasonable hour! They take great care of me as I write my book! I love it here! I don’t care for the rumors because I KNOW HOW IT FEELS TO WORK IN A RESTAURANT! They do great and I’m happy to come here!!! This Applebees rock!! Yes people get busy! Have patience and watch how hard they work for you! GO APPLEBEES!!! All employees try their hardest and work to the bone! I love them all and I HAVE MET THEM ALL! I live 3 minutes away and I still come back! That says a lot!! Keep it up all of you!

Every few years I decide to give applebees another chance and every time I'm reminded of why I'm not going more often. the staff does their best, but eating is always very little luster. food: 2/5

Eating is always pretty good. what this visit was made specifically was our server erin, she was so sweet and forbids excellent service! my wife and I hope they enjoy colorado springs.

Eating was really good and the waitress was very nice, we like to go in happy hour it is much more affordable for us for what we get.

Me and my husband recently got food poisoning from eating here. Called the manager and stated there’s nothing they can do as far as compensation. Just wanted a refund because spending “X” amount on food, to just get food poisoning is awful. At the end of the day, it wasn’t deliberately done, although, they don’t want to be held accountable and told me food poisoning could take 24-48 hours to experience symptoms and said that “oh well, it’s hard to tell if it was us… “ I literally ate dinner take-out from them, and all of a sudden we’re puking and having uncomfortable bowel movements several hours later and through the middle of the night… Called my doctor, they said it could happen as soon as a few hours after eating contaminated food.
