Very good! Elegant environment, but not too formal. Professional staff, but not gloomy, on the contrary helpful and joking. The only flaw in the service, at least on the evening of my presence in the restaurant, was the lack of attention to the pink quotas : all male waiters. The cold cuts on the cutting boards are spectacular: absolutely recommended for the quality of the products offered. The first courses are original, tasty and well seasoned, and the portions are not minimal, but rather more than sufficient also from the point of view of quantity. The desserts are a gem, even if they cost a little. In short, a welcoming place, also suitable for a romantic evening for couples. I promise to come back to try pizza and meat. My one star comes from a very serious motivation. I went to Blend with some friends, I 'll start by saying that the place is very nice, in the summer I imagine even more so. Having said that, we ordered some special pizzas (menu wording) and found ourselves in front of some pinse. The taste was good yes but it wasn 't what we expected and what you find on the menu, pizza and pinsa are two different concepts. If you write to me about pizza I expect a pizza, not an aperitif pinsa. The prices are outrageously high for pizzas. Furthermore, the waiter who served us was very rude, a friend of mine asked for advice on a glass and he was only able to say choose what you like best , this is the training given to a restaurant waiter considered to be of a certain level?
