Yapan Sushi - Colmar

I ordered for more than 100€ for 4 people of sushi in Deliveroo! Delivery and delivery nothing to say The sushi were very good until the moment when I fell on "slashes" in my sushi!!! I couldn’t eat the rest!!! It's a shame...

The rice was poorly cooked, the sushi were crunchy, all without exception. I didn't know that rice cooking depended on the season (an excuse from the restaurant that doesn't want to make a move). Sashimis are close to a carpaccio in terms of thickness... In short, it's not worth 45€ for two. I should have looked at the google reviews before I ordered. Delivered by deliveroo in time and time, no worries on this side.

I used to order at Yapan when I wanted sushi but this time I’m really disappointed. The sushi were beautiful though the salmon a little bit small in my Makis and not really centered but good je chipote can be a little) ... but the problem was rice! Either he was the day before, or he wasn’t cooked enough: and a sushi that bites under the tooth, that’s not necessarily what I expected. As for the cabbage salad: I’m sure the recipe is no longer the same! More sesame and I think the cabbage wasn’t marinated enough. My meal was a real torture because I ate what I had paid and waited for 1 hour. Commanded on Deliveroo, I said that the delivery time proved that my sushi went to be fresh... I don’t think I’ll recommend more unfortunately, I’ll be too scared to be disappointed again. However, hoping it was only an accident. Really a shame, especially when I think of the sushi trays that I previously commanded and that was really excellent.
