Red Top Bbq Chili - Collinsville

All right! My family tried something of everything and it was amazing. Pork, ribs, rib tips and pork steak all with original sauce. Meat was really tender and the ribs fell from the bone. Great portions and prices and staff were friendly! We'll be back! Needs a place like this safe in Collinsville!

The staff and service is amazing! Pulled pig was great and they let us try the Turkey Ribs, the absoultely delicious!!!! Definitely recommend this place!!

After a long day of painting and work my family decided to order red lace and it was incredible! Your snoots and blackberry cakes are to die and it is super affordable. Their ribs also took the entire box to go, and they have a rewards system now. Can't wait to go back!

This place is beyond amazing. Today's the second day in a row we've ordered there and I have to say, they're 2 for 2. Their sauce flavor is incredible and the tenderness of the pulled pork sandwich is incomparable. I hope they stay here for the long haul.
