Joe's Pizza And Pasta - Collinsville

The Chicago pizza here is fantastic, but the delivery drivers seem to struggle with keeping everything from sliding off the pizza. I'm not sure if they need special containers or what, but they really need to understand that they can't transport these hot pizzas in their cars on their side. It feels like this happens almost every time I order.

Their online ordering sucks. We ordered the kids chicken tenders, but it was just chicken strips. No fries. In store, when we order, it comes with fries. My sandwich also came with no side, even though it should have chips. This is not the first time it's happened either. Every time we order online something is wrong or missing something, or both. They need to get on this and fix it.

The food is usually great, but the operation is terrible. If they forget anything from your order, they will only give you a credit because That 's all they can do. . Every other business knows how to give refunds but somehow this is beyond their ability. And good luck using that credit. The only way to pay online is with credit card, and SURPRISE! they have a surcharge for using credit cards. Also no matter when you order online, it will say the order will be ready in 20 minutes. It 's never ready in 20 minutes.

Really bad. I got fettuccine and it was cold with stale cold bread. The pizza was ok but it was half the size of the pan it was serve on. Plus they charged an extra 3% to use a debit card. Never going back to this location.

The pizza here is delicious, and the customer service is excellent! However, they do impose an additional 3% charge for card payments due to supply chain challenges. Personally, I think the food is already pricey enough as it is.
