La Locanda Del Parco - COLLEFERRO

This joint is low key decor top notch tucker (food). Award winning pasta a number of times, family run and the locals eat here. We fell over it lost in Italy but won in the end. The antipasto was sublime and all that followed equally good.

We were traveling with whole family toward Calabria and around noon we were in Colleferro area, with quick search on trip advisor we chose the restaurant La Locanda del Parco hoping we would eat average meal. The outside is very simple, if it wasn 't for the TripAdvisor rating we would never stop based on outside look : . Inside was clean, service good, we opted for various types of pasta with different sauces and we were blown away by the quality. The pasta was perfectly al dente, even the unusual types, the Carbonara tartufata was excellent, even our daughter enjoyed so much their 'simple ' pasta al ragù .. if we happen to be in the area again we will definitely stop by! I would recommend it to a friend. The price was very friendly.

I was working in a plant close to this restaurant and I went there by chance. The owner is kind. I had a lunch-set and the serving was abundant. You may find much cheaper places where you can eat but I did not have the time and after all, I liked what I ate. I think that pizza must be very good there but you can taste them only in the evening ...
