Cold Spring Depot

Interesting restaurant in an environment that is a little different this place is located right next to the railway lines and sitting outside. every couple of minutes you start to hear the agitated that gets louder and louder until a train zooming comes when you have to stop his talks for a few seconds. but very picturesque and pleasant. my friend and I shared a pulpit for appetizer and I then had the tagliatelle pasta with shrimp and chorizo while my friend had a burger. eating was ok, although the garnels in my pasta did not taste fresh. sauce was excellent. the pulpit (which is advertised to be all that is strangled was not spicy, but was in order. our server, julia, was really excellent. came back several times to check on us and was really very nice. but we had a mistake in the value of the reporting. the kitchen was obviously secured and the appetizer took a really long time to get out. we were worried and told our server that we wanted to make sure it didn't come along with the most important cursors. a few minutes later, a runner came out of the kitchen to fall the pulpit and said on very evil wise (and I quote) that eating comes out when it comes out, youngs and then ran away. He left us both, and our kiefers have fallen. we were so shocked that we honestly did not even react to him. I've never been spoken like that in any restaurant I've ever been. we have reported this to the manager on the way out and told him that we understand especially in today's world, finding good help is difficult. but such a note is inevitable coming from a restaurant employee. while I gave the square four stars, I had to knock the evaluation on three because of this. Nevertheless, eating is decent and worth it.

A beautiful place to pack a hike through the hudson highlands. the beer garden is beautiful, on the plus side: the proximity to the subway north train. I need a beer and no ride. on the bottom: the proximity to the subway north. It's pretty loud out there. but pathetic! great food and friendly staff make for it!

On Wednesday night. eating was average, service pretty slow. waited long for drinks and eating.

Cold spring depot is an excellent outdoor area. it seems pretty biker friendly and we enjoyed the hospitality. andrea was a great hostess and I tried the grilled Spanish octopus after the review with her. it was very good and the almond Romesco sauce was a very nice note!

My friend and I hiked at Bear Mt. then came to Cold Spring for lunch here. At first we weren’t that impressed because of plastic chairs/tables and the loud train that passed by.We had the Kung Pao wings for appetizer which were okay and I had the Truffle mushroom burger and my friend ordered the Spicy Blue cheese burger both with Truffle fries.The burgers were amazing! So delicious and juicy and paired with the delicious truffle fries!Would definitely go back just for this burger.
