What makes my experience today a stand out is only because of a staff by the name Coral Blackk she is a lady with sense of humour and great customer service relationship that will lifted one up from a probably bad day ,she is full of smiles and energetic with full of life that gives a brighter hope .she just stands out among all other staffs at the Greggs Culver St, Colchester.
If the staff, who seem to have given up on life, become any ruder, I wouldn't be surprised to see a headline in the local news about someone being dragged over the counter and taught some manners at last. Absolutely disgraceful.
This new restaurant, located across the street from the old building, is quite dirty. The tables are in need of a good cleaning and the bins are overflowing. I noticed an employee from Gregg's walk past the mess without doing anything about it. If I were the manager of this restaurant, I would be very disappointed in the current state of cleanliness. Unfortunately, my son, who loves Gregg's, will not be returning to this restaurant.
I must confess that I enjoy a Greggs Latte and Sausage Roll, but I will not be returning to this Cafe. It is consistently dirty and unkempt. Despite there being 12 empty tables, not one had been cleared or wiped down. The floors appear to have not been swept or mopped in days. The women's toilet was out of order and the disabled toilet lacked soap and toilet roll. It's disappointing because the prices are fair, but there is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness in the establishment.
