Costa Coffee - Colchester

Very slow service and cleaning really need attention.

We went in for a quick coffee ,the service was excellent and the staff member who served us ,the manager think her name is Carol was really friendly and gave excellent service

For everyone who knows me i got to have a costa everywhere i visit place is clean and tidy staff are happy to serve you

Usually effiecent and quick service, but today was very slow... Advised we were eating in, got ours in takeaway cups instead and no napkins. I feel another staff member was required during this time period, things would of been much quicker and correct.

As always, I get good service, a good little chat and a good cup of coffee. It always has been a little pricey, but that is Costa for you. You can't blame the staff. I am happy to say I go there on a regular basis, and will continue to do so.
