Clean and organized with friendly employees. I came in looking for a drip-tip for my TFV-18, unfortunately they didn't have any because of supply issues. They did carry drip tips though, and had a good selection of tanks and mods. I ended up just purchasing a set of 18650 batteries because my current sets of batteries are starting to go bad. I was pleased to learn that thru carry high quality and high capacity batteries. Normally I can only find the cheap 2500 mAh batteries, but they carry branded 3500 mAh batteries. I will be shopping here again.
