The Florida Key Lime Pie Company

5 stars for the store and the staff! Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the main reason I stopped in the key lime pie. It was way too tart and almost bitter, like they put a healthy amount of lime zest in the pie filling. Left an unpleasant taste on my tongue. Kind of a bummer, but I do appreciate the super nice staff.

Cute little shop with an interesting array of products. Bought a couplet off pieces of the Key Lime Pie. My sister loved it so much we went back the next day for her to purchase another slice. My husband and I did not care for it. Way too tart for me. It was very smooth and light though. The staff were all very nice though

This was my second visit to the Florida Key Lime Shop while here in Florida. As we were leaving we saw a alligator on display on the concrete and a women with a bullhorn telling people to pet the alligator as get your Key lime pie. Why would anyone think anyone endorse this abuse of any animal? Just laying there on the cement for hours. Will never return.

Everything we tried was good. We tried the key lime pie, chocolate pecan cheesecake, and cake batter ice cream.

The ice cream was decent but we went for the key lime pie. It was delicious! Crowd pleaser for sure! And we got to pet Sweetie the alligator
