Rooms are fairly basic but this a budget hotel. Priced really well. Location is good. Immediately of the M1. Service from the staff great and they were very friendly. My only gripe was how thin the walls are. You could clearly hear everything outside of the room on the hallway, the room next door and movements from the room above. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, the rooms both looked and smelled clean, however my stay was let down by an thin and uncomfortable mattress so i did not get a good nights sleep . There is a fast food store over the road and a great restraunt on site and sufficient parking. As this was a business trip, the lack of sleep was not helpful so I find it hard to recommend. Worst Hotel I've stayed in. Loud drunks woke me at 1am on a Sunday morning as they hung out in the corridoor to the rooms and it took the staff an hour to actually clear them out. Window catches broken in the room, so outside noise comes in! General room cleanliness is not great either. To top it off my Work Van got broken into on the onsite parking the second night. Its a problem area for thieves according to the Police and the police recommended I park in the local village! Do not recommend staying here Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
