Los Rancheros Mexican - Clovis

Honestly, this is the best Mexican restaurant in the Fresno/Clovis area. The prices are fantastic, and the quality of the food is outstanding. I highly recommend the Ground Beef Taco and the Shredded Chicken Quesadilla—simple yet incredibly delicious! You can't go wrong choosing this place!

The meatballs were hearty and delicious; I really appreciated that they were tasty on their own but also had room for additional salt, if desired. They definitely hit the spot while I was feeling under the weather. The bean dip was also worth it, although I wish the portion had been a bit larger. I'm looking forward to ordering again!

The server was exceptionally friendly and ensured my tea was always topped up. The drink menu is quite nice, and they offer some seafood dishes as well. However, the restaurant is on the smaller side, and the tables are packed closely together. The food was decent, but unfortunately, it was served lukewarm. The fries were cold when they arrived, and the cheese on the torta wasn't melted. On the brighter side, the beans, rice, and enchiladas were all quite flavorful. The tacos, though, were a bit disappointing, with more shell than filling and not enough cheese, even though the meat itself was tasty. Just a quick note: the salsa and chips come with an extra charge. I really love Mexican food, but I doubt I'll return here.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional! The servers and manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. If you're looking for an authentic dining destination, this is the place to go! They also had an impressive drink selection, including a wide range of hard-to-find tequilas. I highly recommend it!
