My friend and I had Vegetarian Afternoon Tea at The Falcon and it was perfect, lovely sandwiches savoury treats, delicious scone and amazing cakes, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely lounge area and all the staff gave great customer service, nothing was too much trouble. This was our second visit and we will be back Service: 5 Location: 5

Stayed here for couple of nights, visited Rutland Water which was a lovely day out. The Falcon is a really good hotel, the staff were all very professional but friendly. The food was very good, breakfast is waitress service which is far better than the dreaded breakfast buffet, and the breakfasts were lovely, plus breakfast is til 10.30 which is so much better if you're not an early riser. There is a very pleasant terrace at the back where we enjoyed a nice drink. Our room was a twin, with a fabulous ensuite. Everything was very clean and every detail was taken care of, water, tissues, toiletries. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the carpets felt soft and new. I would definitely stay at the Falcon again if I am in that part of the world and would highly recommend it.

We visited for afternoon tea only. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good choice of cakes and sandwiches with unlimited tea and coffee. Plenty of food. Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Romantic
