Suzy’s Soup is my new go to restaurant when I am in downtown Cleveland. Suzy’s Soup has been in Cleveland for years. They are now located in the former Panera space INSIDE OF TOWER CITY.

I stopped here this morning on my way home to catch the RTA rapid and decided to pick up some soup to take with me. I'm giving your location five stars because the ladies that took care of me gave me five-star service. They were amazing!. They explained what soups were specialty and which ones were everyday And what was included with the soup. I was very impressed and the soup was simply delicious. I had the chicken wild rice. The restaurant was warm and inviting. Very clean. Nice atmosphere. I definitely will be back . Please thank your staff for their excellent service. See you soon!

I ordered a Grilled Turkey Ciabatta sandwich and was disappointed and wish I can get my money back.

Love their menu. Food is always good! Please include Cal on your menus though
