Everything was going well until two employees began goofing off. One of them threw a bottle of water at the other, narrowly missing the manager. Despite the incident, I received my food and left the restaurant. Food quality: 5 out of 5.
Ordered from Uber. When the delivery driver got there he was told they didn’t have my order. The Uber driver messaged me and told me to try calling the store. I called 2 times and nobody answered meanwhile the Uber driver could see an employee standing there without any cars in the line. I got my order canceled and will not be ordering or visiting this location again. How do you loose an order? Or could’ve just offered to remake the order.
I worked at Taco Bell three times since I've been 19 they've always had good food they've been around nearly 50 years and it is great delicious fresh food never frozen meat all fresh vegetables just delicious and inexpensive.Vegetarian options: Refried beans refried beans, lettuce onion cheese tomato soft shell hard shell.Parking: A huge parking lot parking lot for you to park any spot you really want.
This is the best Taco Bell in Cleveland. There is hardly ever a drive-thru line. The employees have always been top notch and once while browsing the menu, I was offered suggestions that weren't specials. Food has always been fresh (bad Taco Bell is very bad—not the case here). They still have the chili cheese burrito off-menu. 5 stars.
