Little Caesars Pizza - Cleveland

I tried to order and a lady answer the phone made me wait for 7 minutes Hong on the phone I called back, and she called me and said she had a lobby of people I didn't come because it was rude and I would have tried at home to order very rude

Order by app. Food was ready when promised, delicious and hot. Manager was very pleasant and efficient, although business was busy.

My experience is that these little caesars tend to be good. The one on Richmond is terrible, so go here and avoid it.

I can't say enough terrible things about this place. I gave them a few chances and there's always something. No plates. Move behind schedule. Today I went in to tell her register was down, so they did not command AT ALL. There are a dozen pizza places in a mile or two, try literally any other.

I am highly disappointed with the customer service at this store. The young lady who was the manager had very poor customer service and served burnt crazy bread and didn?t want to remake or refund me my money. I am visiting from Miami and never had this issue from a little Caesar?s store until today. The manager who worked here on Sunday July 10, 2022 at 6:53pm needs to be fired!!!! It?s no way the crazy bread should be over cooked and this flat and hard and told me the customer that she will not remake it because she is the only one cooking
