Dave's Cosmic Subs - Cleveland

This place is outstanding. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. My son is traditionally pretty shy in new places and the staff put him at ease by being silly with him, despite how busy they were. I got the veggie sub with some substitutions (whichthey were happy to oblige) and MAN was it phenomenal. The bread had the perfect crisp to soft ratio and held up well with thearray of veg inside. I was impressed with the balance of flavors and textures as it can be a gamble with veg sandwiches. I alsoopted to get some fries which complimented the tang of its counterpart well. And it was a HUGE portion. After trying this placeI plan on coming weekly as a treat to myself. Love love LOVE

I was in town for a convention. My colleagues and I found this place across the street. Man, are we glad we did. We actually ended up coming here three days in a row for lunch. We joked about coming here for dinner as well, although, in reality, we hadbusiness meals planned at restaurants. I got the meatball sub two of the three days I liked it so much. I highly recommend itand if you like garlic have them add a little extra to it. Day 3 I got the Reuben which was nothing special sadly. The chipsare decent and they have a nice variety of drinks as well. I also liked the classic rock posters around the place, which madefor some interesting reading while waiting for your food. You should know that this place is very small, and very popular atlunchtime. There are three tables which see about 6 to 9 people total. The line quickly fills up most of the rest of therestaurant waiting area, but the food is definitely worth it. Just plan ahead.

Excellent little sub shop. You order at the counter and there's only a handful of tables so most people probably get their food to go. I ate at a bar stool at a little bar. The meatball sub was excellent! They have all kinds of different types of hot andcold subs. Service was good too.

This is literally my absolute favorite place to get a sub!!!! The turkey Dave is my favorite the turkey is top tier combined with the banana peppers and special sauce SOOOOOO GOOD!!! Always great service at all of their locations
