What an adorable little bakery! <br/ <br/ Comapred to Presti's, it's worth pointing out that they put the filling in their canolis at Corbos after you order it, which is neat. They are also much more anise flavored. To me, that's not appealing, but most people seem to prefer it so there you go. It's up to personal preference on that one. <br/ <br/ This place isn't going to have anything really savory like Presti's it's all cookies and cakes, basically. But they know what they're doing. The cookies are always awesome and the staff is always friendly. <br/ <br/ I have yet to be let down by the food here. Like I said before, it's just a bakery, not a cafe or lunch spot, so they seem to put a good amount of focus on making the sweets authentic and awesome. I still like Presti's, as well, and basically go back and forth between these two places. I love them both! Definitely worth a trip.
Delizioso. I drive an hour just to get the bakery here. Every trip is worth it for the cannoli's, biscotti's, and many other bakery items. The biscotti's remind me of my grandmother's!!
Holy Cannoli. What a treat it is to get fresh pasteries from Corbo's. I expecially like that they do not fill the cannoli until you order them preserving the crispness of the shell and allowing the contrast of textures. I have tried 7-8 of their other pasteries as well and have yet to be disappointed. All have been full of flavor and made with quality ingrediants. The cakes are especially delicious the best being the cassata cake.
When we do Little Italy for dinner this is where we go for dessert. Many of the surrounding restaurants buy their pastries and desserts from Corbo's and Presti's. It says a lot about their quality. A-1
Cannoli's #1. Best Cannoli's in Cleveland...have tried other, they don't compare!
