Jamrock Reggae Soul - CLEMENTON

I got a beef patty, jerk chicken, mac and cheese, and the rice and peas. The beef patty was flavorful, but sorted of reminded me of the frozen kind. Which is not necessarily bad. The mac and cheese was very good and my favorite dish. Not dry at all and tons of flavor. The rice complemented the jerk chicken very well. The chicken portions were huge and juicy. The sauce was spicy and slightly sweet. Well worth the price for the amount of food you get. My only complaint was the wait. I ordered online via Grubhub, and after waiting past the hour wait on the app, I still waited an additional 15-20 minutes.

AMAZING FOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The search is over I?ve found my Carribean Soul Food restaurant. Moving from Philly to Jersey I had my share of different restaurants but Jamrock is the one!

This Food is good !!!! I said to myself let me stop eating to add a review before I finish. I order from alot of Jamaican restaurants and I?m usually disappointed with the Mac and cheese but not from here it is delicious. Everything is good.

The Ruck Chicken was outstanding—moist and flavorful. The cabbage was prepared perfectly, and the rice and peas paired wonderfully with the extra jerk sauce I requested on the side. The oxtails were so tender they fell right off the bone. I wanted to try the beef patty, but the staff assured me that the chicken patty was just as good, and they were right! It had a nice kick to it and was clearly homemade. It was definitely worth the 40-minute drive to find authentic Jamaican food whenever I have a craving! I'm glad it's not closer to home, or I would be there all the time. Once I find something I love, it's hard to switch it up and try something new. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The restaurant is also extremely clean! While I would normally rate it 5 stars, I’ll give it a 9.5 out of 10, only because I would have loved a bit more spice. Overall, it has a great kick!

The food was fantastic! We tried the Ruck chicken and the oxtail plate, and the portions were generous. I placed my order through DoorDash, and when I arrived, the food was ready and still hot. The woman at the counter was very friendly too!
