Very professional. Very knowledgeable about items on the menu and beverage service.The atmosphere was very cozy and comfortable. It's definitely a 5-star experience
Shaun provided excellent service as we thoroughly enjoyed our delicious Anniversary dinner while classic songs played by their pianist.
Dined 4/27/2024. Matthew was our server. Service during the entire meal was superb. I started with crock of French Onion Soup. Soup was cheesy and very flavorful. Entrees ordered were Surf and Turf, and NY Strip. Both prepared as requested. Both came with 2 sides and bread. The salads yet simple were very good. Would I return? YES I WOULD.
Our server and friendly stranger Lisa was the highlight of our visit!. The hostess desk upon arrival snarled when we asked for a table alittle more private than the main entrance area .it was after quite a session of sour faces and rolled eyes that we stepped up the stairs to a very small area in the corner..thus we went back to the first row and the best part was Lisa! She was so friendly, sweet, very knowledgeable about the food, wine, etc..we were very happy with the piano player and Lisa! Of course the ambiance is different..and definitely the food..but Lisa made our dinner better!
I don’t trust my immune system to Covid so we seek out restaurants that offer outdoor dining. We made reservations for the Beachcomber and I asked to be seated outdoors. I was told to ask for outdoor seating when we arrived. There was no indication that he patio might not be open. Turns out, despite it being a pleasant evening with temperatures in the 70s, it was not. I was prepared to have to wait for a table if the patio was full, or to make other plans if the weather was inclement. The restaurant looked lovely, and we were really looking forward to stone crabs, but don’t count on being able to eat outside or that the management (owner) will honor the expectations set by his staff.
