Almost one hour and no notification saying if your door dash food is done being prepared, what a joke in the box

It took them over 10 minutes to even acknowledge that there was somebody at the front counter, and then after I placed my order using coupons I had to wait another 45 minutes to get my food. One of the things I had ordered was the breakfast jack and I had asked her if my breakfast, Jack was in the bag she said yes I got home and I had Junior bacon cheeseburgers instead of the breakfast Jack. I also had gotten the chicken wraps and the chicken in the wrap was to hard to even bite into, and on top of all that the food wasn’t even warm.

Had take out! And for once my food was hot and correcti ordered a jumbo jack with cheese lg curly Fry with a LG

Id give 0 stars if I could. Your people need to be better about telling people when your out of ice or have no gas in your drinks. I asked for different drinks several times and they were bad. Everytime I come where it’s either one thing or another. The people are Always rude to the customers or aren’t polite at all. There was 5 people there and it took like 25 minutes to get our order. What is your crew doing that it takes you that long to take our orders???
