Great service. Cake was delicious. We were so happy that we could just buy one right out of the case. Love this place!!

I ordered a Peanut Butter Perfection with double Oreo mix-ins, but there were hardly any mix-ins in the ice cream—it was mostly just plain chocolate ice cream. I called to let them know since I spent $8 on it, and it felt like I could have just bought regular chocolate ice cream from the store for less than half the price. All they could say was that they don't mix it all the way through. I work at Cold Stone in Murray, so I know how these are supposed to be made, and I've ordered from this location before without any issues. I find this quite frustrating and, in my opinion, a bit ridiculous. I won’t be returning.

When it comes to portion sizes, I don’t see the point in ordering a medium. You either want a lot and should go for the large, which offers significantly better value, or you might as well just get a small, as it gives you about 95% of the medium's amount. The pricing is a bit misleading too, with the small costing around $5 and the large only $7.

Outstanding experience! The staff performed a fun little flip while serving my husband's ice cream. When I found out they were out of chocolate chips, I noticed some on display, and they kindly offered to let me have them if I really wanted. They were generous with the samples too! Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the ice cream was delicious!

The consistency between the amount of ice cream you get is really annoying. You wait in line for 20-40m for a 50/50 shot they give you the correct amount. Seems like when you order online it's almost always to little. If they staffed the place more appropriately and had better management it might not be so bad. It seems owners are not worried about the feedback because customers keep coming.
