Burger King - Clayton

I had to wait five minutes in the checkout lane, which was the only vehicle there, only to be told that they couldn't fulfill my order—and with a really poor attitude, too. The service here is consistently bad. They take an eternity to prepare your food. I've waited in line at the store for 30 minutes before. It's just ridiculous; they need a completely new staff and management. I've given them multiple chances, but they always disappoint.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. Every aspect of my order was incorrect, and the manager was extremely rude and charged me more than necessary. The staff treated me poorly, making me feel unwelcome. The only bright spot was Alex, who was genuinely helpful and provided great service. He definitely deserves a raise, while the manager should be reconsidered for their position. Overall, everyone else was disrespectful, and it felt like I was being treated like I didn't matter. This happened at 6:15 PM on Friday, October 21. I hope Burger King addresses this situation.

I stopped by for a quick lunch, but it turned into quite a wait—18 minutes just to place my order and another 9 minutes to receive my food. Unfortunately, they were out of almost everything I wanted, including mozzarella sticks, milkshakes, and even drinks and ice. There was only one person taking orders, and the larger guy, who seemed to be in charge, was walking around with his pants sagging and showing his backside. Not exactly the most appetizing sight before a meal! When I asked for ice, he said they didn’t have any available, yet a couple of minutes later, I saw him fill his own cup straight from the ice machine before topping it off with soda. Overall, not the best experience.

Extremely slow service during breakfast hours. This location never, and I mean Never has had any type of coffee available, for years. You sit at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes before someone even says anything to you, when clearly there aren't any other customers in line or inside.

Arrived around 7:30 AM on a Sunday to order some Ice Coffee and was told we are only doing sodas . We left and went to the one in Englewood, which happily served us Ice Coffee. Next time they should offer a better explanation because I assume they weren 't doing Coffee out of pure laziness. Never going back to this Burger King!
