Went to the Pizza Hut tonight in Clay Center and we were the only ones in there and it took at least 30 mins to get our food. As we waited I watched both men in the kitchen handle all the different kinds of food and toppings without wearing gloves, not once. Then proceeded to watch them rub their head and face with bare hands, fix their hats, pull up their pants and handle cash without washing their hands as well. That was very disturbing to watch and they will be loosing business.
Unable to process a small order anywhere close to the timeframe given. 30 min after ordered when I was told it would be done it has not even gone in the oven. No management on site and workers standing around not doing anything.
Ordered almost $70 worth of items for a large family meal via the app. When I looked at the online receipt, it stated no breadsticks on one of the orders, even though it was supposed to come with it. No big deal, I figured I could call the store and resolve it. Unfortunately I was told that they have no control over the app and there was nothing they could do. So I requested to cancel the order. I guess my biggest thing is that it would have been more worth it to just comp the 5 breadsticks that came with the pasta. The store just lost $70 over a probably $3 or less item. I would consider not allowing the app usage as a business owner if it was going to continually cost me money. Just a thought for the future.
I will never go back to this store. If they don't except rewards to hell with them i was purchasing all my pizza from there never again.
