Mcdonald's - Clarksville

This McDonalds is hit or miss. Some days you can get fast service and fresh food. Other days, not so much. I would assume it has to do with the amount of staff available on a given day. Prices are mostly the same as other McDonalds and inside is reasonably clean.

So my husband and I stopped in at lunch time, the drive thru had like 6 cars and no one inside it took them about 8 minutes to acknowledge that we were even there and when our order number wasn't on the screen my husband went to make sure it was actually put in and he was ignored while an employee went to talking to someone else, the fries were cold and hard, not to mention not even filled to half the container. All we ordered was a big mack 2 fries and a large caramel frap they gave us a small then got an attitude when I informed them of that, the lobby had lids straw wrappers all over the drink station and loaded my husband's burger with onions ,workers were in the back chilling and laughing while we were standing up front. Don't recommend it if you want hot fresh food in a timely manner.

I sat in the drive-thru line at 9:45 on a Wednesday night. Took about 5 minutes to get to the place to order. Not bad wait time, however we were then told they were doing Uber eats and app orders only? Strangest thing ever!! I don't understand this at all.

The restaurant was clean and the meal was good. Can't ask for more.Food: 5/5

Absolute terrible drive thru service!! We paid for our food, went to the next window and wanted to buy another thing of fries. We were told we couldn't and would have to go back around and get in line. We watched an employee take the rest of the sweet tea and then we were told they were out of sweet tea. I told them I'd like a Dr.Pepper and they never came back with one. We asked to talk to a manager and she sent a younger girl to the window instead. They gave me a Dr.Pepper with no ice. We will not be going to the McDonald's at all. I DO NOT recommend to anyone.
