Przekaż informację zwrotnąEmployee was extremely rude in drive thru. Waited 6 min just to have him say something to us. Didn’t say his name hi or anything just what can I make. Every drink we asked for we couldn’t get because they were out of it. Always rude at this one.
My sons and I had the best experience here today! Our barista, Dacota, was fantastic! They had an extra frappuccino that he immediately offered my boys when we stepped up to the counter (which turned out to be their favorite treat during our visit)! He was SO friendly — split our 2nd frappuccino into 2 cups to make it easier to share, and offered us a muffin that someone had forgotten to pick up. All this while the whole team was pretty busy! Worst espresso ever. It tasted somehow like coffee, but it can't have been near a proper espresso machine. Thoroughly disappointing experience…
The last 4 times I’ve come here they’ve been out of cold brew 3 of those trips. It’s becoming like the McDonald’s ice cream machine meme
I went in today to get a pink drink. The store employee was very nice however when I looked at the display case I noticed three or four flies in the case. I brought it to the attention of the employee and he laughed and said oh we don’t sell anything from there it’s just a display. Absolutely disgusting! I will never go to this particular Starbucks again.
