Ryan Milligan (hope that is spelled right) took our order in the drive-through and made it the single smoothest experience we've ever had at a Starbucks. We had a moderately complex order and he answered all our questions quickly with confidence and aplomb. I hope the company recognizes his positive personality and unique disposition toward customer service. Please pass along our thanks.
