This location has continued to go down in customer service. Wait times for some drinks are now 20—25 mins. This is with no one in the store and normal drive thru. Time to find a new place

Went though the drive though this morning 1/1/23 and ordered a pink drink with lite ice, and it was the most disgusting drink I have ever received. I got a cup full of coconut milk with little base. So the guy said He was going to remake it, but instead they added more bass but it didn’t help. By the time I got home the drink was separated. I will call and complain. The staff here have always been wonderful but dont seem to be supported by management. there arent enough people behind the counter to keep up with customers and there are long waits. the baristas working were wonderful and moving as quickly as they could. i hope management supports them better in the future and works to make this starbucks a third place again. 5 stars for the baristas making it happen
