Hudson's Smokehouse Bbq

The sides at the buffet were better than the meats. The bartender appeared to be “overworked” and tired and her “vibe” just ruined my experience. That’s me being 100% honest. Once she started talking and acting I wanted to leave but I drove 20 mins to try this restaurant out.

What a fabulous find! We first tried Hudson's a few years ago on a suggestion from a friend, always fast and excellent. BBQ is outstanding and Brunswick stew is out of this world!

It’s lunch time, let’s eat. This is our first visit here. Our waitress was very patient, polite and accommodating waiting on first timers. We tried the pulled pork and sides. But if you want to try a little taste of everything, they do have the buffet as a option.

I enjoyed the relax atmosphere. We waited about 30 minutes. Reasonable price for the family.

The hash was sweet I didn't care for that. The collard greens had tough stems that in my opinion should have been trimmed out of it. The cabbage was maybe the best cabbage I ever had. Bbq was decent but not the best ever. I'd eat it again tho. Overall most buffet offering were good. The buffet is smaller than any bbq buffet I'd seen before, but enough to fill a plate.
