Mod Pizza - Clackamas

This is my second time coming hoping to have a better experience. It wasn’t many people waiting but my order took almost half an hour. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. After almost 30 minutes wait my pizza was burnt. My first time experience was also not great. I ordered online. I ordered a cheese pizza and cheesy garlic bread for curbside pick up. It took 15 mins to bring out my food after the app notified me it was ready for pick up. When I got home it was 2 cheesy garlic bread there was no cheese pizza. I will not be back for sure!!!

About 10 months ago I ordered a pizza here. I showed up and they were a sloppy mess. Tons of people waiting. Tickets laying all over the dirty floor. They couldn't find my order and it was supposed to be ready before I got there. So I had to cancel and get food somewhere else. Last night I decided to give them another chance. I show up 40 minutes after I ordered. I show up, its dead inside hardly any people. Pizza should for sure be there. NOPE! They didn't have my order even though I paid for it already. They didn't offer to do anything. make it right away nothing. Just said sorry we don't have it and went back to what they were doing!?!? All the employees looked sloppy with bad hygiene. Never coming back. This was their next chance and yuck. I was kind of glad they lost the order because they are all a mess.
