3.5 food is delicious authentic Vietnamese. The inside can look nicer. My main complaint is that the food i got feels overpriced for me which is making me not wanna come back. But it is still delicious.

First time to this Pho Restaurant. We usually frequent Pho Vietnam in New Hartford. Pro’s and Cons: Pro’s: Server’s very nice. Con’s: Salty Pho, beef freshness questionable, atmosphere blasé, large place but very limited parking, As someone mentioned in a previous review they add on a 15% tip automatically. (Problem would occur if you didn’t like the service. 3% up charge on bill for using a credit card. As someone with mobility issues, I noticed on the way out that the first step down is hard and there’s nothing to hold onto. (Didn’t notice on the way in since stepping up not to bad for me. The outer entrance does have railings.

Beautiful decor, very friendly service, and amazing food! I swear they make their own duck-sauce! Absolutely delicious, would definitely recommend!

Pho broth is not authentic... tasted like it was made from chicken flavored powder. The brisket was tough like leather. No water refill. They charge extra for using card and they include an automatic tip.

Avocado shake is amazing and I’ve tried 3 different dishes and they’ve all been amazing. The #19 #36 and another I can’t remember but all are good.
