Kfc - City of Olean

The macaroni and cheese was so gross . It was a waste of money . I had to throw it away . I would love my money back . I will never buy it again.

Waited 45 min in the lot and then food looked like it was thrown into bucket.

Omg. What a show. Manager swearing up a storm. Server dropping food on floor and picking it up and putting it back in the bag. No gravy. Unable to fill orders as chicken is not ready.

Third time ordered original and was given crispy. Again!!!

Got food wrong as usual. and the Lady (night shift) started coughing in our faces. I think we actually got sick from her. It's like she intentionally did it because she didn't want to deal with customers for the night, on top of being rude because some items were out of stock and got nit picky over the terminology of chips/nachos. Get a better job if you have to spread disease out of resentment from your own choices. You had an entire resume submission, waiting for an application, interview, to change your mind.
