Pepy's At The Novotel

The restaurant offers very good and satisfying dishes, with excellent service and reasonable prices. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this establishment. The only downside was the disappointing chocolate fondant. Overall, the restaurant deserves 5 stars and we recommend not making any changes.

Many thanks Elements restaurant! Very nice, relaxing atmosphere and splendid food. Ribeye steak cooked to perfection as was the sea bass. Calamari and chicken wings starters were again perfect and large portions too. The manager, Gillie (not sure of the spelling of his name) and staff were constantly checking to see if everything was okay at our table and super friendly. We have been visiting Elements restaurant for some time now and never fail to please. Looking forward to our next visit

We enjoyed lovely food on a quiet Wednesday evening. The service was friendly and helpful.

Expected pretty average food from the fairly generic menu (pizza, pasta, burger, club sandwich, etc) but actually both my food and my colleagues were much better than expected. Not worth travelling to but a solid option if you need lunch in Paddington Central.

Called in for a quick drink whilst staying at the hotel to be shocked by the cost and amount of beer served up in a samall goblet.
