The menu at the restaurant was nothing like the one advertised online, and they offered no explanation for the discrepancy. They only had pizzas available, but they were poorly cooked - two out of the eight we ordered were inedible and the rest were soggy and undercooked. The manager took a long time to address our concerns, and overall, I would not return to this restaurant. The food was bad and the manager seemed indifferent. One person in our group even suggested that our waiter, who tried his best, find employment elsewhere - and I have to agree with them.

We understand that businesses may have suffered during the pandemic, but there is no excuse for serving a meal of this quality. We asked for the service charge to be removed from the bill, as it was not deserved. They promised us a free dessert on our next visit, but it was too little, too late. We won't be returning unless we see significant improvements.

Agency “manager” was extremely rude, was rolling his eyes at one of us because she did not get what she ordered and had the audacity to attempt to rectify that, all staff in black where what I can only assume as part of the agency. The girl with our drinks came over, didn’t say a word and then just places the tray down and stared at us to the point where it was so awkward we just grabbed our own drinks from the tray. None of the staff were attentive, there was one girl in a white shirt who was very pleasant and sorted out a problem for us straight away. Because of the manager who rolled his eyes at us we asked for the service charge to be removed but he refused saying that was not allowed. I would say there is potential if there is their own enthusiastic staff but if the agency folks are in (black clothing vs white smart outfits) avoid like the plague

We had a beautiful dinner served by 2 fantastic waitresses, but it turned sour when we easily observed the manager talking to both of them like they were a piece of dirt. Upon closer inspection, he seemed to have a laugh with the lads who worked there, but gave an unnecessary grilling to the blonde/yellow haired girl that made us feel all very uncomfortable, even though she was absolutely incredible. Avoid this place if you see him.

My family and I went to have a Pizza during the week end. The quality of the dough is excellent as well as the cooking point, very friendly and professional management and cosy warm atmosphere, perfect also if you have babies. You can see the pizza chefs making pizza on site which make it an extra experience and you get to taste real Italian recipes. Waitress was very smiley and friendly and clients around seemed to be satisfied as we were. What we also found nice was the variety of pizzas and tried some new recipes never tasted before. I did enjoy so much that I forgot to take pictures ! Definitely recommended and we will use this services again.
