Benugo Cannon Street

This load is around the corner of my office. in the last 4 times I was there over a month, they made my order wrong. the last time I ordered a tee and got a coffee! the love for detail shocked.

Decided to change for our regular coffee spot and try benugo as pictures and infos online looked beautiful. the coffee shop was almost empty, but despite about 3 steps sitting out of the counter, the coffee was still spun on the counter and collected. there was no atmosphere at all. saw under the stairs, the staff left something from a teller on the way up, which fell through our table, what would have been good if it had been addressed. it was very cold by the workers who get in and out with the deliveries and leave the door in the rear area wide open so there was an icy design constantly on our table. coffee was ok quality, but everything in all will not be back.

I took a couple into the lunch break and was shocked by the costs for the sandwiches and drinks. there was a lot of options, but I went for the warm fish finger wrap. it was a very simple package, a little...letter sauce, in which brownish was super dry. literal two small fish fingers. full waste of money because I didn't eat mine. defiantly not the hard price tag. there is much more to eat in this opposite for less.

Today let in to grab a fast sandwich and found it confusing, as none of the packs were marked. something about when they have food allergies. when I went to pay, I became more charged for another package and when I was scaring her, the server said it was right. after the payment I went with my entry back into the counter that showed another package! I then got a random refund in the change! the sandwich was cute and had a few dodgy watery looking huh in it. not short in london, so next time I go somewhere else.

Great consistent experience there on a regular basis. They have now introduced a new menu for breakfast eat in or takeaways and is absolutely great! Would highly recommend. Keep it up!!
