Got food at the drive through yesterday morning at 11 am, food took over 9 minutes , it was greasy and cold, I have been coming here for years with no issues, something has changed or maybe they don't have enough help, either way I was very disappointed
On the night of September 5th at 12:35am I went to Taco Bell and ordered a party pack FOR $20… as I open the first taco I realize there is literally no beef and cheese, the beef is so skimped all I taste is lettuce and shell… as my buddy was waiting for his order I hear the employee thru the window blatantly laughing and talking about how they blatantly skimped my food, god knows what else they did to it. Is this what you call service? I’m gonna spread the word around never go to Taco Bell on Ulster ave… i took a video but I’m unable to post it here
After 37 minutes of waiting for my food I decided to cancel my order, and 2 weeks after 8/5/2023 at 10:04 pm) that happened again waiting for 25 minutes inside of the local I must cancel my order again, everybody order after me already got the food and leave it and me..... waiting and waiting
I would have to say the food did not taste too good beings that I did not eat it . I had my order delivered there was not one sauce in the bag for any of the tacos. When I called the store to complain I spoke to a Shift leader named Andrew. He told me hes very sorry about that but I need to contact doordash I did not pay doordash for my food . My bank statement clearly says Taco Bell . So I asked Andrew are you trying to tell me that doordash was supposed to check my order before it left the store he said oh no. So why is it their fault ?
