Good food terrible customer service. If you order online they don’t care if you paid for it and they don’t have it. They won’t even bother to call you or make adjustments to what you paid… for. I mean literally you pay for a full meal and if they don’t have something they don’t care. Good places have always taken the time to at least call me and say hey sorry but we don’t have that we can either refund you or fine you something else. If your too late to do that at least get it taken off your menu on the app.Never again. I don’t go to places that don’t have any consideration for what I paid… for and certainly with no kindness. Mcalisters is much more kind and considerate than this place. I go to mcalisters and support them because of how nice they are. I hope this place runs to the ground unless the owner gives it a kick on customer service.

This is one of our favorite places to go! Paige is always so helpful there! We love the fresh salads and choices of toppings! I really enjoy the Bentley salad and my wife usually switches hers up to try something different every time, and loves their sesame dressing on anything.

I was helped at the Anderson Kroger Salad-works by Paige. She was friendly and very helpful. The food was fresh and really good, the customer service was great and I definitely will be back soon

My first experience was not great. I asked for a Greek salad. the salat was eggplant salad with mostly yellow pieces. then he tells me we're from Feta cheese. that is important for a Greek salad. that's in a food business. Do you think maybe you could get a feta cheese from somewhere? he didn't offer any other alternatives than you wanted to be.

Ordered online and picked up food at this location and was highly disappointed with my first experience. My order was missing an item (soup)which was not noticed until we arrived home. I also got a wheat wrap that was supposed to have a romaine lettuce mix in it, but it was all iceberg lettuce and most pieces were just the large and hard center bits. I had to scrape out the insides and change my outer wrap to one I had at my house because the one I got from them was so hard and old it was crumbling. For an almost $10.00 wrap, I expected more. I tried to call, but the number online didn't work and when you call Kroger, there is no option to connect to Saladworks so I emailed them. I have yet to get a response from them about the issue.
