Pizza Hut - Cincinnati

I accidentally ordered my pizza from the wrong restaurant, but when I went to pick it up, the manager and her assistant helped me cancel the order and place a new one for our dinner. It was a great experience and we are grateful for the help from the Detroit St. location in Warsaw, Indiana. Thank you!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We were able to feed six people with three large pizzas for only $37. We will definitely be returning.

Needs improvement. The dish I ordered was severely overcooked and arrived cold.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! I placed an order for delivery, but they called and asked me to pick it up due to technical difficulties. When I arrived to pick up my order, I requested a free garlic cup. The lady at the counter told me they cost 75 cents and refused to give it to me for free, even though I had to come pick up my delivery order. She claimed to be the manager and said they couldn't give them out for free, despite not being able to deliver the order. This experience was very disappointing and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I would not suggest trying the new chicken Alfredo. It was bland and the chicken had a strange taste. However, the cheesesticks were fantastic.
