Dunkin' - Cincinnati

Kind employees great customer service and donuts of course ?

I use to really like this Dunkin location. They use to have a very friendly and heart warming staff. In the last month or so this has turned into the worst location I’ve been to. I go to Dunkin every Saturday because it’s a tradition I’m carrying on from my mother to my children. I love Dunkin and so do my daughters, but like I said in the last month or so this location on Wooster has become terrible. Not sure what happened to the old staff, but I do not recognize anyone in there. Coffee is terrible and bitter. They do not know how to make anything. Every time I pull up to the window there is at least three people just standing there staring at the wall. Everyone in there needs to be let go or have a good week of training. Zero stars btw. It didn’t give me and option.

Every. Single. Time I have ever been here they are out of the donuts I want. Don't come here with the expectation that you will get what you pay for because you absolutely will not.

General manager is disastrous! I speak ugly and bad to my friend

This is a standalone Duncan with plenty of parking. I went inside to pick up my coffee. I did it to go order and it was ready for me in a minute. The drive-through was very busy. Inside was clean there a number of tables. No employee was masked, but some of the customers were. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.
