This location Is a joke. They are refusing service to customers just because you don't have a face mask. But the most funny thing of all that they did not have their mask on correctly. What a joke! No law in Florida says you have to wear a face mask to go into a location. Then when I asked for the names of the employees they told me to my face I don't need to give you my number. I would love for the owner or corporate to call me. I guess they don't know the law!Here is the wonderful employees from this location

Lost my business. Kid at cashier wanted to charge me for extra sauce on 2 pepperoni pizzas. Said it was considered a Bestest pizza. I have had that issue before. He called the manager and she told me that at the beginning of October they said extra sauce on a pizza had to be charged. I contacted another store and they told me that she was lying. Extra sauce on a pizza is not charged. Store#2291 has always had issues with management there they are very unprofessional and lost our business. Even management doesn't know what's going on and no extra sauce is not charged on pizza.

Came in to order a lunch Combo , witch is a small pizza with a coke , very simple I've done it many times , before . I've been comming here since it open with no problems, but in the last year or so it's been going down the drain .. This young guy comes out doesn't say any greeting's , I tell him that I wanted the lunch special . He's looking down on the register screen looking for what I'm asking for . I can tell he is completely lost . So I pointed to the board and tell him it's right there ..He tells me they don't sell that , I then pointed at the board again how can you say that u don't sell it .., He looks at me in a daze verry unprofessional definitely not the right person for the job .. I've never had issues ordering this same item at other locations, this little Ceasar is been going down the drain for a while now , they need to get the right management to run this place , lately every time I go there's people waiting around waiting for their orders, there never ready with the lunch rush when they should have plenty of for sale . Your you're lucky to get 1 star today

Yes we are going through covid and all. But good customer service is essential with any business. I went in to order a pizza the cashier saw me. Ignored me went to the back to speak to the manager about whatever. Is sad how we are loosing our good customer service.

Wait a very long time for my pizza was there for about 30 min . one of the pizza was so messy as well
