Dubba Deluxe - Christchurch

Went to the Ferrymead shop, sign on door saying Closed, no staff, but Moorhouse and BushInn are open. Went to the Moorhouse Ave shop, all dark, doors are unlocked, no staff on site. Bought food else where.

After a long day of work I went to grab a bite and The woman behind the counter was so nice that fixed my hangry mood. She explained everything, so patiently and nice that made going there a great experience. I loved the food too. Lots of veggies is my kind of thing, so I loved it.

Twice in a row now I have ordered on Uber Eats and twice in a row they have sent completely the wrong meal. Then it's a 10 day wait for a refund from Uber. Ordered chicken nachos with extra chicken and got jalapeños with salsa. Inedible. Never again.

Girl with dark hair and light in front sat outside on footpath eating. Proceeded to walk inside, put her stuff away behind counter then served. No hand washing etc. Second issue is if you are going to advertise things such as your salad on a bed of lettuce or anything that states lettuce dont false advertise because you put cabbage in with your lettuce. I have reported this as false advertising to the appropriate agencies. Without being honest you could affect someone who has allergies. None of your menus state cabbage and only say lettuce. Other issue to be mindful of is that upsize you without asking so you automatically pay for the large size because staff dont ask. Its all about money and not the customer

Good variety of meat and vegetarian options with generous portions, friendly staff and clean setup.. Nice for a quick bite
