The dish is named after Mount Fuji and consists of a pork broth with a choice of basic broth bases (shio, shoyu, or miso). The broth is not too salty or thick and has a lot of cauliflower. The pork was slightly fatty but still acceptable. There was a black, soft item in the dish that I was unsure of and did not find appetizing, so I set it aside. Overall, the experience was enjoyable at this cozy restaurant.
I really enjoyed the curry at this restaurant - it was flavorful and filling. The service was excellent too.
I visited this restaurant after apartment hunting in the Chino Hills area. It is a cool and friendly establishment with plenty of seating. The soup base was not overly salty, the noodles were plentiful, and the toppings were excellent. The amount of chashu pork in the Fujiyama ramen was more generous compared to other ramen restaurants. The baked oysters were hot and fresh. I would definitely return if I end up living nearby.
I destroyed my miso chicken smoker shell from pekopeko. the taste of the meat and ram noodles was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it. I would definitely try to visit this good Japanese ramon restaurant again if I ever visit chino hills area.
