Buffalo Wild Wings Chino Hills

No point in making a reservation they still quoted an hour or more wait service was horrible.

The service was awful and they stated that we didn’t have a reservation. Made us wait for a table although I showed them a confirmation from opentable.

Waiter didn’t come by once to see if we needed refills. The wings were not fresh. And very little sauce on the wings. The fries weren’t fresh either.

The service was good. Value was was fair. Overall is average. The noise level was average. But the music was too loud. Asked my server if the music could be turned down but with no success. Could not hear myself speak or my family and friends. We ate quickly and left wondering if we entered a night club. So sad...

This has happened multiple times now and I am honestly fed up. Why ask for sauce preferences for the Hand-Breaded Tenders if you are just going to ignore them? It is so disappointing. On top of that, the dipping sauces we requested were also left out. If we wanted expensive, tasteless tenders and Hidden Valley Ranch, we would have gone to Jack in the Box. Just to clarify, we asked for "Asian Zing" sauce and "Southwestern Ranch" for the cheese curds. Definitely not worth the $23.
