Taco Bell - Chicago

Gott help this place. this place always gets my orders wrong or switched over, workers are most likely undertrained, or could take care less. $16 below the drain today for someone else order that was probably $8.

Got out of bed at 3:45pm today, and had no idea what to eat. Fortunately I stumbled across this ultra charming Cantina-style establishment just blocks from my apartment. There was only 1 employee here but she quickly and lovingly made my Crunchwrap Supreme and 2 Carne Molida crunchy tacos. She then handed me the order in a brown paper bag with great graphic design, and even said “you’re welcome Honey” when I thanked her. You can tell that they care about the dining experience here.I was somehow able to score a prime seat at the window, eating on one of their stylish reclaimed wood tables. As I sat there people watching rich whites on the Broadway Shopping Corridor and licking beef nacho sauce off my fingers, I was reminded of the famous cafés along the Seine in Paris, only better. There was a used latex glove on the table next to me, but I know better than to let that ruin an experience. This is a sleek, hip eatery with modern flourishes tackling modern Mexican cuisine with a lot of gusto! A true hidden gem of the Broadway shopping corridor. 13/10 highly recommended.

Does anybody know what the store number is to this location? I’m trying to leave a good survey review for my girl Lovie who totally took care of me but my receipt doesn’t have any of the information I need to do it

The staff here just want to be left alone but this location is within a neighborhood of people who appreciate extra assistance. For example, you'll have to order at the kiosk unless you're paying in cash. Not a big deal to me, but inconvenient for some. At the end of the day, it's fast food' and my orders are usually ready within 15 mins. It tastes like Taco Bell. That's all I care about. Kinda sloppy at times but meh. At least they get it right. Bueno.

The staff is always preoccupied with personal issues or arguing in sight of customers! Less than desirable customer service!
