Potbelly - Chicago

First time coming in because I’ve seen the employees come to my store on Ohio St to get ice cream, and I was confused for a quick second about what I had ordered and the employee cashing me out got snappy with me talm bout some “i GoT yOuR fIrSt PaIr WhAt dO yOu HaVe tHeRe?”. She probably just needs some training on how to treat customers but the food was good.

Very rude staff, I was not aware I was not able to bring my small pup in for a pick up order from the counter for a whole 5 seconds) and Instead of politely informing me the pup was not allowed I was berated by a very rude staff member and my food was tossed to me in a rude manner. Then the Manager continued to support the rude staff member. I will not be returning as the staff is very rude and will likely never order from Pot Belly again.

Certainly worth a return visit. It has a nice feel to it.

Receives $10m meant for small business when they’ve remained operational this entire time? Screw these guys. Used to eat at this location when I’d come into Chicago and need a quick bite. Never again. Will keep my money at Beatrix across the street. Better food anyway.
