Murphy's Bleachers - Chicago

This place was fun in the 90s but now no one washes the floors and bartenders try to publicly guilt low tips. They want to pretend opening a can of beer deserves the same tip as making a cocktail and will say “wow only $5, OK, thanks”Food: 1/5

This place is an iconic, legendary, Chicago classic, where everybody knows your name! It is awesome during Cubs Games, but also a friendly neighborhood hangout during the off-season. They have great food and a great atmosphere!

We loved the whole experience both times that we have been here! Staff is friendly and helpful . And I enjoy their great local craft beer selection. I like walking around looking at all of the fantastic Cub memorabilia while enjoying my cold beer.Food: 3/5

Went on GameDay. The atmosphere is stellar! The service was good. We paid $12 for an overdone, dry burger with little on it. Very plain.I'd be willing to give this place a second shot if it weren't during a game, but the food was pretty bad.

Visited here after we had a tour of Wrigleyfield on a non game day. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were reasonably priced and were tasty. Not much else to say but if you're in the area please make a visit here.
