Insomnia Cookies - Chicago

Good service , Cookies ice cream just ain't it! I enjoyed the milk then either of them.

Came in and stood looking at the menu for a while just to get told they weren’t taking any orders. Waste of a trip.

If I could, this location (Hyde Park 55th street) actually gets no stars the lack of professionalism is mortifying! You are greeted with loud inappropriate music and unsanitary service. Gloves have never been used while serving customers and the people serving customers (on 2 separate occasions) have actually touched their clothes or faces. I've seen the serving spatula actually placed directly on the service counter. The last straw was a week ago. The worker was serving a mother and daughter, upon filling the mom's order the young man asked if they wanted anything else and literally used those same hands to wipe his nose ?? disgusting!!! I was in total shock and walked out in disgust and disappointment. This young man had his hat turned backwards and a sweater literally hanging halfway on over his tshirt. These workers are not being trained at all and it's truly sad. Buyers beware? It's a damned shame I'll have to find another location much further away in hopes of better customer service!!!???

Every time we come to this specific location they never have what we traveled for. The workers are all on their phones and act as if they have no desire to take care of the customers whatsoever. I hope you guys can either get a better crew or tell the one you have that this is unacceptable. People spend money to get to this store or on delivery and don't get what they're paying for. Not on just one occasion but multiple times this has happened.
