Przekaż informację zwrotnąI left the terminal to go outside security to get an espresso because there is no espresso in the international terminal... This was the only place around, not even a Starbucks. I said what I want is 2 shots espresso with about 6 ounces of milk. They said they can only make a latte with so I said ok put in less than half the milk. They said ok, then filled a huge 16oz cup with milk anyway. Charged me 6$. When I complained they offered to dump out half the coffee.. uh, that does not solve the problem. For the amount a coffee costs at the airport, at least listen to what the customer asks for, it was not a difficult request. I hope O'Hare international improves when the construction is done because the food and drink situation is terrible.
Burnt coffee and milk is to hot. Asked if they could remake the cappuccino but they said no. Very unprofessional, unfriendly staff and bad service.Food: 1/5
Paid for our items and they would not serve us. Waited 25 minutes for a bagel. They served 15 people ahead of me. No apology and No bagel. The lady working had an especially bad attitude, seemingly racist or discriminatory. They also did not process my refund correctly. If you can shop elsewhere or wait until you make it past security do so.
NOT SAFE. They served me rotten beef that later made me throw up.
The gentleman at the cash register very proudly introduced himself as the owner. I asked him does he have any baguettes? He said he didn’t know what that meant. I said it’s the type of bread of France and he tells me, “ nobody uses that type of language to describe bread”. I was embarrassed for him. I very proudly said to him maybe in your country, India didn’t eat baguettes, but everywhere in the world, including America we eat baguettes! And walked away!
