Freshii - Chicago

Bland food. I made a mistake to come here. Waste of money for the small amount they give you...a Teriyaki bowl that includes: mostly rice, scaling, a few carrot slices, 5 small pieces Broccoli, a few edamame. Many teriyaki sauce. Will.not.return

Fearable customer service from a brunette woman who had a terrible attitude this morning. Not to mention, she didn't add an apple to my 6 dollar green juice. I will not return to Freshii at Aon.

It is not about Freshii as a whole, just about this special location at 200 E Randolph. GARBAGE INSGESAMT I love food in general, but this place consistently (over more than a few tries of me) gets orders very wrong, forget to make orders, and were often rude about it. It's really not a secret that this place sucks absolutely because people run it. If you are in the mood for some Freshii, do yourself a favor check another location.

I just ordered a spicy lemongrass soup. My soup is neither spicy nor tasted it like lemongrass. I basically have hot water in which noddles and vegetables swim. Wonderful.

I made an order on ritual. Not only was it not prepared when I arrived, the manger made it incorrectly twice. I?ve requested a refund from ritual or a credit. The manager needed to get herself together and stay on top of her staff
